Terms of Service

1. The service

MADProducts ("the Service") is an AI-assisted marketing operating system: it plans, drafts, produces, schedules and publishes content to social media platforms you connect, and reports on performance. The Service is provided at madproducts.ai.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account, for the accuracy of the content you connect and publish, and for keeping workspace roles within your organisation appropriate.

3. Connected platforms

Publishing, analytics and messaging features rely on official platform APIs (YouTube, X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest). Connecting an account grants only the scopes shown at connect time; you can disconnect at any time, which removes the stored credentials. Platform behaviour is outside our control: API changes, rate limits, quota and platform policy decisions can affect features that depend on them.

You are solely responsible for complying with each platform's terms, automation rules and disclosure requirements — including labelling synthetic or AI-generated media and paid promotions where the platform requires it. The Service surfaces disclosure options; applying them correctly is your call.

4. AI-generated content

The Service drafts copy, scripts, imagery, video and reports using AI providers you configure. Drafts can be wrong, generic or off-brand; production features include approval gates, and nothing is published to a connected platform without a configured action. You review and own everything you publish, including compliance with advertising, consumer-protection and platform disclosure rules.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law or platform rules; to run spam, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or harassment; to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; or to attempt to access other tenants' data or the Service's internals.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Fees are per the plan you select, exclusive of taxes where applicable, and restart each period until cancelled. Third-party costs you enable (for example AI provider usage or licensed music) are separate.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for a reliable service but provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features; material changes to these terms will be notified in the app or on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the Service after a change, the new terms apply.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MADProducts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or content losses, and total liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
