Privacy Policy

1. What we process

MADProducts processes what you and your workspace put into it, and what connected platforms send back:

  • Account data — your email address and authentication identity.
  • Workspace content — campaigns, briefs, scripts, episodes, media assets, tasks, messages and analytics you or the agents create.
  • Platform connections — OAuth tokens for the social accounts you connect. Tokens are encrypted at rest and used only for the capabilities you enabled (publish, analytics, inbox).
  • Pipeline artifacts — media produced for your episodes (audio, video, images) stored in object storage bound to your workspace.
  • Operational logs — job logs and error reports needed to run and debug the Service.

2. AI providers

To draft copy, scripts, imagery and reports, workspace content is sent to the AI providers configured for your workspace (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, a self-hosted Ollama instance, or coding-agent CLIs). What each provider does with prompts is governed by that provider's terms; a local Ollama instance keeps inference entirely on the host machine. Generated results are stored in your workspace like any other content.

3. Connected platforms

When you connect a social account, the Service exchanges data with that platform's official API: it sends the content you publish and reads the metrics and messages needed for the features you enabled. That platform processes the data under its own privacy policy. You can disconnect an account at any time; disconnecting deletes the stored credentials from the Service.

4. What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't run advertising networks or third-party tracking on the app. We don't read your workspaces' content except to operate, debug or support the Service.

5. Processors

The Service runs on infrastructure operated by the publisher of madproducts.ai and uses: Supabase (authentication and database), Cloudflare R2 (media storage), and the AI and social platform APIs described above. This list updates as the Service's integrations change.

6. Retention and deletion

Workspace content is kept until you delete it. Deleting a workspace removes its content. Disconnecting an integration removes the stored tokens. For a full account deletion, contact us and we'll remove the account and associated personal data within 30 days, unless law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we'll help you exercise them.
